Open Positions
**Positions requires working in our Raleigh office on a hybrid schedule with a set number of days per week where you are able to work from home. Comprehensive pay and benefits package.

Project Engineer

Structural Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience in the design of building structures. Licensed structural PEs or engineers-in-training nearing licensure will be considered for this position. Tasks include executing structural design calculations, development of plans and details, coordination with clients/project design teams, and construction administration. Project engineers will work with the firm’s partners on unique and complex projects with tremendous opportunity to gain expertise and broaden experience. Depending on the candidate’s experience, this position will evolve to include independently managing and designing projects and acting as the engineer of record for those projects. Experience in the design of mid-rise structures of steel, post-tensioned concrete and mass timber preferred. Candidates will also assist with the development and implementation of the firm’s engineering, modeling and drawing standards.

Structural Designer/EIT

Engineer-in-training with 0 to 3 years of experience in the design of building structures. Recent college graduates in civil engineering/architectural engineering with structural specialty or structural Engineers-in-training with experience will be considered for this position. Tasks include executing structural design calculations, development of plans and details, modeling of structures, coordination with clients/project design teams, and construction administration. Structural Designer/EI will work with the firm’s partners and project engineers on unique and complex projects with tremendous opportunity to gain expertise and broaden experience. Coursework or practical experience in the design of steel, concrete, wood and masonry systems is preferred. Experience with Revit and or AutoCad is also beneficial. Candidates will also be expected to assist with the development and implementation of the firm’s engineering, modeling and drawing standards.
